Privacy policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, place an order, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to process your orders, communicate with you about your account and orders, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Design ownership

Your designs remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of any designs you create using our platform, and we will never resell, reproduce, or share your designs with anyone else without your explicit consent.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve your experience on our platform.

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we also record anonymous visit steps (for example: page viewed, design started, added to cart, checkout started, order completed) under a random identifier that lives only in your browser tab. These records contain no name, email, address or order details and are deleted after 90 days. Choose “Essential only” and nothing is recorded.

With the same consent, your browser also remembers how you found us and how you came back, for up to 90 days: the website that sent you (its address only, such as google.com), the first page you landed on, campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and whether you arrived from an ad link (never the ad's tracking code). When you place an order, this is saved with the order and goes with it to the production system our shop uses to make your die, so we can see which of our marketing brings orders. It never includes your design. If you choose “Essential only”, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is recorded.
